Menzies Graphics Group Celebrates 65 Years
From the Sexsmith Sentinel newspaper, to Menzies Printers & Stationery in Grande Prairie, then Menzies Printers & Corporate Express and finally to growth through acquisition in Edmonton, Calgary, Kamloops and Kelowna, the formation of Menzies Graphics Group came to be.
For the past 65 years the Menzies Family name has been synonymous with the print and the graphics industry throughout western Canada. The tradition of superior customer service and high quality products has been passed on from generation to generation. By building long lasting customer relationships, supporting the communities we serve and a solid reputation as an employer of choice, Menzies continues to thrive in todays challenging economic climate.
2011 marks our 65th anniversary in business and to celebrate we are excited to announce the installation of a brand new, straight from the factory offset print production press. This highly automated piece of equipment will allow Menzies to provide an even higher quality product that we believe will exceed our client's expectations! Making us stronger, faster and more competitive than ever before! In the years to come Menzies looks forward to helping build and solidify your companies brand recognition through your marketing materials while at the same time supplying all of your traditional printed pieces.

Menzies Printers is the Multiplex's newest $100,000. sponsor. They have named the Menzies' Spot – a community gathering 'spot'.
This morning at the Chamber of Commerce, Morning Mixer, held at Menzies Printers, Grant Menzies made a $100,000 announcement. "The Menzies Graphics Group is thrilled to partner with the City of Grande Prairie Multiplex on this great community project". Said Grant Menzies the third generation local businessman! "The Menzies Family has had a long standing tradition of supporting the communities we operate in since 1946 and this sponsorship is another example of the commitment we have to this Region". He continued. Grant's partner Jamie Menzies added, "The Multiplex will be a showcase facility that we'll all be very proud of and the citizens of the entire Peace Country Region will enjoy for generations to come".
"I am excited to have the Menzies Group and Menzies Family as part of the Multiplex project" says Multiplex Marketing Coordinator Cheryl McKenzie, "it isn't a big surprise to see this family step up and support the largest sports facility in the Region, as they have been involved in the sports scene in Grande Prairie for generations and have always supported this community in whatever way possible.
